Hypno cannot be stopped, as proved with the release of his NYC Popping Dance Week 2009 Workshop DVD.

Taking all the footage from all the workshops that week, this is a pretty comprehensive starter disc for anyone looking to learn popping, waves, ticking, robotic, liquid, animation, tutting, and most anything that you can file under popping.

The thing that’s most innovative about this DVD isn’t the large collection of material (although that’s not a bad thing either), but how it’s a recording of Hypno teaching students live, helping to give him a greater sense of pacing and how actual people learn moves, not just doing it alone in a room, guessing how quickly someone can pick it up.

Also, he’s a pretty funny guy.  That never hurts.
